The Zielsdorf Family Partnership contributes
to improved global development outcomes for
communities worldwide by fostering deeper
engagement with the private sector.
The private sector—independent businesses both
domestic and international— is a key investor in
global development, with the potential to shape
communities worldwide. This presents ethical
dilemmas as organizations navigate collaborations
in countries with weak governance, threatened
by corruption. In 2018, Bob and Fran Zielsdorf
established the Zielsdorf Family Partnership for
Corporate Engagement at the Pulte Institute. Their
support has strengthened the Institute’s corporate
partnerships and facilitated collaborations with
industry leaders. Through the generosity of the
Zielsdorf Family, the Pulte Institute has been able to
engage with multiple private sector projects.
