Together, we’ve made an impact over the past five years: • Mission Giving: Spanning 31 states and 43 countries across five continents – impacting 15 million people. • Legacy Giving Program: Now including three generations of family members and employees, totaling 44 people since its inception. • Scholarships: Partnering with six trade schools, universities, grade and high schools. Since inception in 2019, we have given 83 students scholarships to pursue their education, with more to come. • Pulte Institute for Global Development: Our collaboration with the University of Notre Dame has now driven over 100 development projects across 70+ countries, uplifting communities and transforming lives worldwide. • Transformational Initiatives: • The IDDeal Place: Located in Palm Beach County, FL, it will provide a home for 21 young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). It’s the first of its kind in Palm Beach County and only the eighth in Florida, where over 8,000 adults with I/DD are still seeking a place to live. • Monarca: Located in Immokalee, FL, it will become a home for nearly 200 families currently living in substandard conditions. This affordable housing development will offer dignity, safety, and a chance for families to thrive. • Humanitarian Hotels: Through various circumstances, we inherited three hotels that have been transformed into far more than places for travelers to lay their heads at night. 100% of the hotels’ net profits are directed toward charitable causes across the nation and around the globe. • The Catholic Initiative: This newest endeavor, rolling out in early 2025, reflects our ongoing commitment to honor Bill’s legacy of being soldiers for Christ in rebuilding Catholic parishes and schools. WALKING IN FAITH TOGETHER God’s good wishes and mine too, Nancy Pulte Rickard President, Pulte Family Charitable Foundation 5 Dear Friends, When our dad, Bill Pulte, established this Foundation, he was guided by a deep and unshakable faith. A daily communicant for over sixty years, he believed that every gift he had been given was from God and, therefore, belonged to God. Bill believed, “To whom much is given, much is expected.” And while he may not have envisioned the full scope of what we are achieving today, he wouldn’t have been surprised by God’s vision of it. His entrepreneurial spirit and generous heart continues to inspire all that we do. When we moved into our office in January 2020, there were just three of us. Today, there are 18 full-time employees. We are trailblazers—all of us—people who are committed to making a difference. Through all these efforts, our Lord Jesus Christ remains the real Chairman of the Board, invited into every decision we make. As we reflect on 2024, I am in awe of what we have accomplished together—and I look forward to what lies ahead. On behalf of our Board of Directors: Karen Pulte, Mark Pulte, and myself, THANK YOU—teammates, asset managers, lawyers, accountants, consultants, grantees, and dear friends of the Foundation—for believing in this mission and walking boldly alongside us in faith, love, and action.
