Hotels” initiative. These properties dedicate 100% of net profits to charitable causes around the globe, 
transforming every stay into an opportunity to support meaningful change. 
In 2024, transformative renovations were completed at The Inn at Stonecliffe and Saint John’s 
Resort, elevating their timeless charm while introducing modern luxuries. Among the highlights was 
reconstruction of The Cardinal at Saint John’s Resort, which is a championship 18-hole golf course that has 
quickly become a premier destination for golfers. These aren’t just places to stay—they are destinations
